The French Ambassador in Armenia Mr. Jonathan Lacote (15 Sept 1972) and French President Emmanuel Macron insult the spirit of the international laws when they become the lobbyists of the Armenian separatism in the Azetbaijani province Karabakh.
The ethnically Armenian Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov (Sergey Kalantarian or Kalanrarov) and his Czar of the Kremlin Russian President Vladimir Putin have nothing to do except to try to split and to disintegrate the territories of Azerbaijan by their Armenian subjects [in the Republic of Armenia as well as in the Azerbaijani Karabakh].

Russia has been an occupying power and aggressor to Azerbaijan in the last 300 years.
Mr. Antony Blinken, the U.S Secreatry and the U.S. President Joe Biden are under the strong influence of the Armenian diaspora in the U.S.A to do everthing they can to appease the Armenians and therefore to support the Armenian separatism by the tricky methode of the "Giving Status" to the Armenian separatists in the Azetbaijani province in the mountainous Karabakh.
It appears the leaders of Russia, France and the U.S.A. are ignoring the sovereignty of Azerbaijan on its territory.
The leaders of Russia, France and the U.S.A. are living in a kind of hallucination of the colonial era in which the European powers were able to dictate their commands for providing of a special status for the regions of the independent countries.
"The Heads of Delegation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries Russia, France and the USA had played 30 years to do everything in their capacities to favour the Armenians to legalize the occupation of the Azerbaijani Karabakh at the pleasure of the occupying countries Russia and its Armenian subjects.
Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov with his colleagues in France and in the USA constantly deceived the spirit of diplomacy. Why?
To guarantee the status-que of the occupation in the occupied Karabakh.
The cessation of any military activities in the area of the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and the seven surrounding regions is good for France and the USA when the occupying countries Russia and Armenua still are keeping the occupation.

It is clear that Russia has occupied over 4000 sq km of the Azerbaijani territories in the so-called the mountsinous Karabakh "Daghligh Qarabag" a region which is different from the "Aran Karabakh".
The mountainous Karabakh is called in the Russian language as "Nagorno Karabakh" and in the Azetbaijani language as "Daghligh Qarabag"; since Nov 20, 2020 these parts of Azerbaijani territories have been occupied by Russia.
When the Bolshevik government under the leadership of Vladimir Ulianov, better known as Vladimir Lenin invaded and occupied the territories of an independent Azerbaijan under the leadership Mohammd-Emin Rasoulzade, Azerbaijan had a territory of 114000 sq km.
In the Soviet regime, the Azerbaijani and Armenian agents who were installed by the Communist Party in Baku [Narimanov, Baghirov and others) worked at the plesaure of the Kremlin and they separated some parts of the Azerbaijani territories and then annexed these stolen territories to Armenia.
These annexations were what they were dictated from the chief of the Kremlin.
Russians always have been hostile to the Azerbaijani people because they didnt accept them as the real friend to the Azerbaijani people.
When the Soviet Union collapsed Azerbaijan reduced from 114000 sq km [Azetbaijani territories in the beginning of the Soviet Union] to only 86000 sq km.
The rest of the Azerbaijani territories had been stolen by Moscow.
The stolen Azerbsijani territories had been annexed to Armenia by Russia.
If Azerbaijan asks from Moscow to return its territories before Moscow invaded Azerbaijan by the Bolsheviks, Russia must return 114000 sq km to Azerbaijan.
Russia has stolen the Azerbaijani territorires and had annexed them to Armenia.
By the collapse of the Soviet Union from 114000 sq km remained only 86000 sq km.
Again, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Russians & Armenians stole more territories from Azerbaijan to annex them to Armenia.
The Western countries supported the Russian proxy wars conducted by its Armenian subjects against Azerbaijan.
Today in July 2021, Azerbaijan has the Russian troops as the occupying forces within its territories-in 4000 sq km in the upper Karabakh, in more than 64 towns and villages.
The first president of Azerbaijan [after the collapse of the Soviet Union) Ebulfazl Elchibay knew if the Russian troops remain in the Azerbaijani territories, again Russia will steal the Azerbaijani territories and will give to Armenia.

Russian President was forced to withdraw the Russian troops when he was put under the pressures from the president of Azerbaijan.
But Boris Yeltsin and his generals were evils.
Yeltsin ordered to the Russian generals, the Russian agents in the Azerbaijani Army to do whatever they can to remove the Azerbaijani president from his job!
The planners of a Coup de Etat planned to launch the proxy wars by their Armenian subjects in the South Caucsus.
A Coup-de Etat plan from Russia against the president of Azerbaijan meant also a revenge from Russian President Yeltsin against President Elchibay to remove him from his presidential power.
Moscow wanted to install its "Moscow's Man" in Baku as the new predident.
The Kremlin wanted a vassal in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, a Moscow's man who knows to be obedient to the orders of the Russian leader.

Mr. Klaczko does know very well more than 300 years Russia has csused pains, deaths and dedtructions by its proxy wars.

It is clear that Russia has occupied over 4000 sq km of the Azerbaijani territories in the so-called the mountsinous Karabakh "Daghligh Qarabag" a region which is different from the "Aran Karabakh".
The mountainous Karabakh is called in the Russian language as "Nagorno Karabakh" and in the Azetbaijani language as "Daghligh Qarabag"; since Nov 20, 2020 these parts of Azerbaijani territories have been occupied by Russia.
When the Bolshevik government under the leadership of Vladimir Ulianov, better known as Vladimir Lenin invaded and occupied the territories of an independent Azerbaijan under the leadership Mohammd-Emin Rasoulzade, Azerbaijan had a territory of 114000 sq km.
In the Soviet regime, the Azerbaijani and Armenian agents who were installed by the Communist Party in Baku [Narimanov, Baghirov and others) worked at the plesaure of the Kremlin and they separated some parts of the Azerbaijani territories and then annexed these stolen territories to Armenia.
These annexations were what they were dictated from the chief of the Kremlin.
Russians always have been hostile to the Azerbaijani people because they didnt accept them as the real friend to the Azerbaijani people.
When the Soviet Union collapsed Azerbaijan reduced from 114000 sq km [Azetbaijani territories in the beginning of the Soviet Union] to only 86000 sq km.
The rest of the Azerbaijani territories had been stolen by Moscow.
The stolen Azerbsijani territories had been annexed to Armenia by Russia.
If Azerbaijan asks from Moscow to return its territories before Moscow invaded Azerbaijan by the Bolsheviks, Russia must return 114000 sq km to Azerbaijan.
Russia has stolen the Azerbaijani territorires and had annexed them to Armenia.
By the collapse of the Soviet Union from 114000 sq km remained only 86000 sq km.
Again, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Russians & Armenians stole more territories from Azerbaijan to annex them to Armenia.
The Western countries supported the Russian proxy wars conducted by its Armenian subjects against Azerbaijan.
Today in July 2021, Azerbaijan has the Russian troops as the occupying forces within its territories-in 4000 sq km in the upper Karabakh, in more than 64 towns and villages.
The first president of Azerbaijan [after the collapse of the Soviet Union) Ebulfazl Elchibay knew if the Russian troops remain in the Azerbaijani territories, again Russia will steal the Azerbaijani territories and will give to Armenia.
President Ebulfazl Elchibay, in 1992, decided to ask the withdrawal of the foreign troops in the Azetbaijani territories.
President Elchibay, an extraordinary nstionalist leader, took a plane and went to Moscow.
He said to the Russian President if he genuinely belives in the legitimacy of the international laws his country Russian Federation must respect the sovereignty of Azerbaijan.
President Elchibay asked Russian President Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin to withdraw immefiately the Russian troops from the Azerbaijani territories.
Russian President was forced to withdraw the Russian troops when he was put under the pressures from the president of Azerbaijan.
But Boris Yeltsin and his generals were evils.
Yeltsin ordered to the Russian generals, the Russian agents in the Azerbaijani Army to do whatever they can to remove the Azerbaijani president from his job!
The planners of a Coup de Etat planned to launch the proxy wars by their Armenian subjects in the South Caucsus.
A Coup-de Etat plan from Russia against the president of Azerbaijan meant also a revenge from Russian President Yeltsin against President Elchibay to remove him from his presidential power.
Moscow wanted to install its "Moscow's Man" in Baku as the new predident.
The Kremlin wanted a vassal in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, a Moscow's man who knows to be obedient to the orders of the Russian leader.
A humiliated Azerbaijan, a broken country by the Russian proxy wars is the ideal country for the Kremlin.
By Russia was initiated many wars and conflicts against Azerbaijan.
